Using timeline Control in my WPF application C#?

I have been trying to implement timeline in my WPF C# application. I have no prior know-how for doing this. I tried this tutorial

Its a good one. But I need to have an avanced timeline in my application. I dont seem to have any such controls under the ToolBox. I really need guidance on this. Thanks all
