Printing on e designed paper

I am working on medical project (WPF) , so , the doctor has a prescription already printed and designed and I must add the data from the project and reprinted using the printed paper , I made everything I used a canvas and set the designed prescription as a background for a canvas I put my wanted values on a canvas and I get the positions of the elements and saved in the database , when I execute I get the positions of the elements from the database get my wanted values from the database also set the values to the elements then print , everything is correct and fine as expected but I get the elements on the wrong positions , I read a lot of solutions talking about the POINT in wpf is 1/72 per inch and the drawing is 1/96 per inch and finally I didn’t solve my problem any idea ??
