How to modify WPF forms so that they work with different scaling levels on Windows?

Say that I have a simple WPF form with some text in it.

When I show the form on a display that has normal scaling (scaling set to 100% in Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Display) it looks great.

When I show the form on a display with higher scaling (for example 200%) the text and controls no longer fit.

Is there a simple way to make the form work on all scaling levels?
