Folder and File Explorer

I'm new in programming and trying to do Application like folders and file explorer (using WPF, c# code , VS2010) I have two listboxes for ListBox1 I want to list All the directories of specific PATH and when I double click the files it will shown in ListBox2 BUT , I need it to list the file with the windows format, HOW can I do it and it's possible to do it with windows format !!!
